Well, since the OP said it was for EDC, then it would be wiser to go with the CF Blur. It's a fantastic knife, so much so that I bought three of them. I don't really get why people get fussy about super crazy grip on an EDC knife; the Blur grips just fine. The CF inserts are great, and don't grab pocket material going in and out.
The CPM-154 steel is really a joy. It went down to 16 degrees per side easily, keeps an edge nicely, and responds quickly and easily to a strop. For an EDC and work knife, I couldn't ask for more. For me, the CF Blur actually is an EDC (none of that "I EDC'd this for two days!" junk), and using it, I have very little interest in another blade.
The 0350SW I've had for a while doesn't get any pocket time. I just didn't really dig it, and it's really not an ideal EDC blade. I love my ZT0303, it's a beast of a knife, and it comes with me when I go certain places. The size and heft are great. The 0350 feels like a middle ground that isn't necessary, and I wouldn't recommend it for actual EDC use. Not when you've got all the options that the Blur series has.
Better blade shape? No, not really unless you don't need a tip on your knife.
