Carbon Fiber Civilian "Sprint"

There is going to be a change in the total number of the "Sprint" run. From 500 pieces to 1200 pieces.

We learned, when ordering began, that if only half (100) of the collectors order all variations (4), that knocks out 80% of the run. After Spyderco employees, it would make it somewhat impossible for most to acquire one.

With that in mind, I changed the total number to make the model at least available to a small number of ELUs.

I do not believe that this would change the long term value of the piece.

Ronybear. I believe they will begin shipping in late January. It looks like collectors will get the bulk of the first run.

...and will the variations of each be increased proportionally ie more lefties?
 
Good decision Sal. I'm not too concerned about the effect of the higher number of pieces in the sprint run on collector value--I agree having more CF Civies available for fans of the knife is more important.

The lefties will go up proportionally.

I have no ideas which dealers have ordered them. You might ask your dealer to order one for you.
