Looks to me like Benchmade's factory scales. They do a special version in cf and s90v. Got one for my dad a few years ago.

Oooh, yea that would make sense. It actually does look like Benchmade's carbon fiber. I think they have some of the best looking carbon fiber the way they finish it. Thanks partna!
