Hey BF,

Between a few orders and a couple of show knives I had an entire kitchen set handled in Carbon Fiber in house today, most are shipping out on Monday!

Those are sweet. I have been doing a bunch of the new old stock Camillus kitchen knife blanks, mostly in Corian, I do like the carbon fiber. Very cool. Doug
 
very nice! What steel you got in these?
 
The big chef is MINE!!!! I had John design it to my specs and I can't wait to try it out. I have one of John's utility blades in CF that will make a great companion to this one. The steel is ats34 and I assume the others are also. I think John posted that the fork was made from AUS8 however.

Does anyone know how to get a bunch of drool out of a keyboard.
Those would be prized in any kitchen!

hey Brian, these are ATS34, although I have used 154CM for kitchens, and I do have a batch of 1095 Santokus coming up.

Hey Kurt, glad you like, I am really happy with it! It is a large knife but it is as light as a feather.
