I have a carbon fiber ladybug. Ats55 with a screw for the pivot. How many of these were made?

Spydiewiki says 500 were made. However, I'm not sure if that is correct, given that Spyderco's Japanese makers normally require a 1200 piece minimum order.

And for those who have never seen one...

The first premium ladybug. Solid carbon fiber, adjustable pivot and ATS 55 blade steel.

Looks nice, they should bring it back! The frn version on my keychain has seen better days but has been through a lot

Nice knife my man!!

I've been looking for one of those for over a year SOLID now and can't seem to find one to add to my collection. One came up on eBay recently, a collectors edition, and I got priced right out of that auction. If anyone ever hears of or sees one for sale I'd even throw a couple bucks their way for a finders fee. I'm THAT desperate to own one.

I don't think that's always the case..the Caly 3 Super Blue and Calypso Brown that came out last year were both 1000 piece runs..
