Carbon fiber s90v para 2

Highly unlikely unless there's a change of some type.
 
They'd sell like hotcakes. My PM2 CF/S90V has been my EDC for most of the year.
 
Why not? Can be different steel. Put there S110V and entire forum will go nuts :D
 
Just watch the auction site. Looks like there were a few 2nds at this years sale, so you can bet they will be up for auction.
 
I recall reading that S90V and S110V are hard enough to wear machine tooling rather quickly. I think that Spyderco is frowny about using these more often due to this fact.

That being said, S90V is my favorite steel. I'll take as much as they will give me.
 
Really do want one, matter of fact I found one but they want like 450 and that's steeeeep. Hope they do have another run

I actually wrote this as a reply but decided not to post, totally agree, but they'd make like 200 and call it a day. Who gets the 200 is the fun part.

My take is, if people want it... make it. Of course many will tell you it is better just the way it is, they get to hold on to a knife that is worth that much more if they decide to sell. I resent the fact that I'll never get one, oh well.

Biggest folder regret Ive ever had is missing out on the S90V pm2. Took me a while to join the pm2 party and once I got my S30V version, it was too late and not worth investing 3-4x that of the S30V version. Oh well, S90V Military and manix 2 will have to do for now :p
 
I was thinking of letting mine go but I'm glad I didn't, Cpm s90v is my favorite steel I've tried to date
 
I wish I had gone to the SFO sale this past weekend. Several folks made off with factory second S90V CF Para2s for $80 each. Yow! :eek:

The Blue M390 Para2 is available for pre-order and the S90V South Fork is available for sale.

No need to obsess over one knife. Been there, done that with the S90V Military. Got over it.
 
I would like a carbon fiber and M390 P2. Not sure they would do that since they already make the blue one. Then again maybe they are saving the next carbon fiber version for S110v, K294, or K390.
 
I'm pretty sure a M390 P2 + aftermarket CF scales would still be cheaper than buying a real CF/S90V one, and get you most of the way there.
