Are these special runn or production? I am having trouble finding a dealer or individual who sells them. Help me?

They aren't really out there in distribution yet, though they are being made - that may be why you are having a hard time finding them. Ask Bob on the REKAT forum if there is going to be a batch heading out any time soon, that should give you a time frame on when they will be hitting dealers.
