Carbon Steel 300's?

We often lament no carbon steel option for the 110's, but how many here would love to have a 300 series Buck slipjoint in 1095?

I'd grab one for sure!
 
Yes. I always thought a carbon steel Buck would be cool. It would be a problem for Buck though because of their lifetime warranty. If they started selling carbon steel knives they'd risk getting a ton of em back with rusted-out blades that were abused. :mad:

Yeah, I could see that for sure, although in my opinion, rust should never be covered under any knife makers warranty, since rust is the direct result of poor maintenence by the owner.

Would they? Yeah I am sure someone out there might, the cost might be over the top for custom made carbon blades.
