Carbon Steel Care card??

I just finished a knife for the father-in-law of a guy at work, and he has already mailed it off. I just realised i had not told the guy anything about taking care of it other than it was made of 1095 carbon steel. I think i need to make up some Carbon Steel Care cards to go along with my knives, all of them will be either 1080, 1095, 01, or 5160. What kinds of things should i put on the cards? Anyone have some already made that i can borrow from?
