Carbon steel knife

becker makes some good carbon steel blades, lots of custom makers use 1095 and 1084 for outdoors knives, i happen to love carbon steel.

K bar is a great knife made of 1095, I wouldnt really classify Busse as a carbon steel knife maker because INFI (suspected to be aus8mod) has nitrogen in it like H1, it is very stain resistant and resistant to rust.

Overall K-Bar and becker are good choices, another good choice is tops, not as popular as esee but more models and the use mostly carbon steel.

If by "carbon steel" you mean "non-stainless" then that opens the door to a lot of makers, such as Bark River, Busse, and KaBar. (A2 is non-stainless, but it is not carbon steel.)

If by "carbon Steel" you mean straight 1095, I might recommend Ontario.

KA-BAR, Mora,Becker,Swamprat,ESEE,Scrapyard, and Busse comes to mind busse is probably the best knife maker but they are ridiculously priced I couldnt pay that much for a knife that would end up being chipped and scratched up.

Come to think of it, Great Eastern makes a sheath knife in 1095. A pretty thing, it is:
