Carbon steel metal polish

I collect knives but I also fix/clean and sell them. I have this great rust remover but it yellows the blades after use. I am looking to buy a carbonsteel metal polish that I don't need a buffing wheel to apply and that will take the yellowing off the metal. Are flitz or metal glo good enough for this job?

I'm sure they'd do fine. Simichrome works nicely too.

Mother's Billet Paste also works quite well.

Flitz and Semichrome are both ones I've used and had good results with. Glad to hear the Mothers works well too!
