Carbon steel stockman

Are there any companies out there that still make a carbon steel bladed stockman that compares to the original old timer knives?

Case, Queen, GEC, even Boker all make carbon steel stockman patterns, ranging from "just okay" to "holy crap! that's nice" in quality. German Eye, Bear and Son, probably a couple others I'm not remembering.

If you are talking about the edge retention of the carbon steel, the best I have found is GEC.
GEC 1095 and Schrade 1095 are very close.
