I have one of the originals from the 80s in san mi that my brother in law tryed to sharpen with a grinder gonna have to get it out some day and try to fix it up dont think its gonna look that good though .

How'd you do that? I have a original issue SRK with old epoxy finish that could stand to be touched up just due to sitting around for years and years and years. Excellent job and keepem sharp
