This knife has scales made with Ebony and carbon fibre (three of the former and two of the latter), this makes a very strong and stable laminate. This is also where it gets its name from. The liners are titanium (you know it!) and it is a UK street legal detent folder. You can see the carbon fibre in the close up of the scales. The blade steel is Takefu steel 67 layer with a VG10 core.

The photos are differently toned as the sun came out for a couple of minutes, so I rushed outside and took a few additional pics! It is England settling down the Summer.

The coin I struck is made with silver steel and is 21mm across or 0,82 inches.

I really like the sleek design, very nice combination of materials!
I also like how you placed your logo in the ricasso, is it lasered?

Very nice one, I could imagine one with mop scales as well :D

Thank you! I use an engaving machine to cut it in, tracing a little template/mark I made, I believe the machine is called a pantograph.

Ignatius, ilknives ilknives , I get flustered every time I see one of your knives. ;) They are so unique and simply elegant. This one different but no less sublime. I sure wish I could get to one before you sell it away to your mates on the other side of the Atlantic. o_O :D Very nicely done :thumbsup:
