Hi. I just received my first polished blade. What exactly is the correct type of cloth / material to wipe this down with to avoid putting any scratches on the blade? Thank you.

I use a microfiber cloth. These things are great. The cloth itself will not scratch a mirror polished blade, but you still have to be careful that there is no gritty material on the blade or cloth.

Could you please elaborate on this microfiber cloth. Brand name - where is it available?

Actually, the store I manage sell them for cleaning high gloss paint finishes on speakers. The ones we sell are packaged locally and don't have the manufacturers name on the package. If you do a google search for microfiber cleaning cloths you will get lots of hits.

Flitz makes a microfibre cloth and you'll see microfibre cloths at auto shops as well. You might also find some in a sunglass store for cleaning lenses (I use one on my flashlight lenses).
