Carl Helsper Makers Mark Identification

I have a carl helspner axe that I believe was made in West Germany. It is stamped with the initials "HW". Can someone help me identify this blacksmith? It would just be a neat thing to know. Below is a link to an Imgur post with a couple pictures.

HW possibly stands for Helko Werk. If that is the case, it would also mean it was produced after Helko's takeover of Carl Helsper in 1960ies
Other option would be Helsper Werkzeugfabrik
