Help. I have an older CS Copperhead, identical to all I can find on the internet with ONE
exception. All found to date are 3 3/4" closed, the one I have is 5" closed and 9 inches with blade open. I purchased the knife around 1958. Call anyone share more information regarding this knife??

need a pic but that knife if as old as you say, the tang will have straight line mark or schlieper in an oval.--dennis
 
new member...have not figured out how to send pic! The tang/blade has the traditional CS EYE on one side and on the other the Name: Carl Schlieper Solingen Germany. On the flat surface of the blade exist a logo w/Eye & Premium Quality, Hammer Forged. I purchased the knife as a gift ~1958
