I am seeing that , i found a couple on ebay for $350-400 with the sheath .Does yours have the bird's eye on it ?

This is a respected German company sometimes called German Eye. Google will take you right to their home page and to various discussions about the company. Their traditional knives are very nice are usually sell out quickly. Their quality is what Boker wants to be.

I have 3 of their knives,,, very good quality! Went bankrupt in the late 90s and were bought out. Don't know much about recent history but I found one sod buster style still left in the eye brand case at the dealer I got the other 3 from back in 1984 !!!:) think I need to pick it up just because!!????

The german eye brand is a good brand that's been around a while, still makes knives. Good quality and not too expensive. I don't know about that model though.
