Carpenter steel Manix

Just got mine yesterday, and I really think it is the sharpest spydie I have ever received (out of about 10 or so). It is too pretty, I am just not sure I want to use it- I know that goes against what the knife was made for but man is that a nice tool!

Use it, I have a smurf manix in my pocket right now that's been EDC for a while now.

When my green one comes in its going to be dyed black then I wont feel bad about getting it dirty.

Use it! I just got mine and while I agree, it's even more reason for the knife to live it's life fully!

I have a couple and the first thing I noticed was the Carpenter steel seems to have a very fine grain and yes, the edges on mine are truly shaving sharp OOTB. This steel finishes up pretty nicely IMHO. Now we just need some more time to experience its edge characteristics . . .
