this is possibly the coolest folder i have ever seen! but its a around colossal 10 inches, much to big for me, is there a smaller version of this great knife?

I've never seen a smaller one but that doesn't mean they don't exist. He just came out with some new models you might want to check out too.

No small folders from Dwaine:D
Lke he says " BUILD-EM-BIG and STOUT or DON'T BUILD-EM-AT ALL.

Enjoy mine until you get your own.

Cheers,

André

I think I too will enjoy yours I am considering ordering a TORK-NVTR I just emailed him about it. I have never held one of his knives but they look very "stout" and I have wanted to own one and try them out. Nice Survital by the way 500jefferyDK, not many of them floatin around.

Duane Carrillo just designed a new folder, that IMO is much, much, cooler than the tripwire. If it's not on his website, give him a call.
Pics can be seen at that "other" forum.... And maybe even here somewhere, I'm not sure.

Walking man, that is his TORK series that has 3 diff versions I just got an email back from him. They cost a lil more but they look super hot to me and I think when I gets my money I will have one of those puppies.

this pic was from his website of the "Skor-Pin"

NO NO NO

The tree versions are:

Skor Pin
Kon Dor
Tork NVTR

And then there is the RaDok special edition designed by Joel Pirela.

Cheers,

André

his site(updated today) said
MONI-TOR
SKOR-PIN
KON-DOR
in order of least to greatest size, and they are all part of the Tork NVTR series.

Okay...Here's the NEW scoop on these.

This is one knife in the TORK-NVTR series...(ie: Torque converter )The knife I have listed as the
TORK-NVTR is actually called the
MONI-TOR
and the knife you see here is the
SKOR-PIN
and of course there is the KON-DOR.
I named this series the TORK-NVTR series for two reasons...since the TORQUE is converted from your index finger to the blade, and also because they were designed with the stop pin in such a location that they could easily be converted from "Flippers" to "Non-Flippers" without effecting the stopping position of the blade in the closed position.

I have told quite a few of you that these would be priced as follows

Stock...... $450.00
Modified... $500.00
Super Mod.. $575.00 .... This was prior to the HUGE changes I've made to enhance the sexiness of these suckers...as you can see "It's a lot" of extra work and time, but I feel like it's been worth the effort to put out a better looking product. I wanted to keep these prices as I told some of you....Until I actually started timing the extra hours it takes to make them look this way, and I've got more time in this stock model than I had in a Super Modified TRIPWIRE...a hell of a lot more stamping, milling, contouring of both sides ( I'll try and post some pics of the back side tomorrow so you can see the changes there as well ).

For those of you who have already pre-paid..I will HONOR that price as I feel that it is only right for me to do so. From this point on (12:35am 7/28/06) the prices are as follows for all three knives in this series.

Stock.... $500.00
Modified. $550.00 (I bought a titanium anodizer,so with a little practice I'll be able to offer the clip in several different colors).
Super Modified.......$600.00

Hope this doesn't piss anyone off,but damn I had no idea these modifications to both sides that I've made would take as much extra time as it does.I really think these are gonna be some very tough and sexy Sons-A-Bitches...and the other two models have all the conversions you see here...of course the KON-DOR will be a little differnet since the handle is shaped differnt, but it will have the same style look as this one.

Thank you guys and gals for checking out the site, and I hope everyone understands the price difference. I hate it when I stick my foot in my mouth....hahahaaa

Sorry if there is any confusion. Balibowler what do you think of it? I like it more than the trip wire it is just more my style. I think I am going to get one and use the hell out of it. I wonder if he'll have any diff handle options like for materials or colors.

i love it! i like the small one, the handle just have curves that draw me in lol. i like the thumb stud desigin alot, i wonder if the smaller one would be cheaper? i would think anyways. you cant go wrong with the frame locks. the only thing i might not be in love with is it looks a little thick for pocket carry, but i guess ill find out when i get one. im sure he will have different materials(like carbonfiber and dual Ti) and different g10 colors, i would like to see a black or black and blue g10 with the CHAMELEON or SHREDDED STEEL light finishes, that would be prefection. he said the largest one would have a slightly different handle desigin aswell.
