Anybody have them?
If so, do tell :D

I'm looking at the $99 micro guide model in 7' ML casting for topwater and sluggo.

No firsthand experience with them, but on a fishing forum I hang out on, several of guys there had problems with them being brittle and cracking easily.

They just don't do much for me, personally.

I read that too.
Those were the first generation, IIRC.
I'm looking at the Carrot Stix Wild Rods.
Interestingly, Cabelas has a lifetime warrantee listed while BPS doesn't.
TBH, another Berkley Lightning Shock rod in M wouldn't be all that bad either, at 1/2 the price.
I have to admit, I want to try out the micro guides though.
