Carry a concealed fixed blade

How is everyone carrying a concealed fixed blade knife? Just picked up a CS Recon Tanto which comes in at an overall length of about 11.5 inches, 7 of that being blade. I kind of like what Mike Sastre is making, but am wondering if there are other viable options along the lines of something in SOB...

I don;t but I've been mulling it over. I'm looking to carry the Cold Steel Scimitar spike. Nice striking pommel on the handle and a fat sharp blade at with a nice belly to it.
