Carry and ownership rules in Ukraine?

Sorry I know this is an obscure question, but does anyone know the knife laws about importing a knife to Ukraine, and then carry rules? I can't speak Ukrainian/Russian, but I looking to give a gift to a relative. No luck on Google either. Thanks

If my knowledge of history serves me correctly, the Ukraine was once the "breadbasket" of the former U.S.S.R., with its large farms. When you fill out the customs label at the post office, you should refer to it as a "farming" tool rather than a knife. Stress the utility aspects.
