carry options for 532

I recently acuired a 532 folder to use for EDC. It's a little uncomfortable for front pocket carry and am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a sheath. horizontal carry prefered but not entirely necessary. my modified 112 horizontal carry sheath seems a little loose, and was hoping someone could suggest a sheath with a better fit.

Most 532's came with a leather sheath. Sheaths of the very early models were stamped 532. Later models were shipped with a 500 sheath and the 532 knife fits in that very well. Model 500 sheaths are available directly from the factory and show up fairly reguarly on ebay as well; 532 sheaths show up on ebay occassionally as well. I am not aware of a horizontal carry sheath that will fit, but I am sure you could have one custom made.

These show up fairly often on the bay and are my favorite for the 532. They aren't horizontal carry though.

Do they hold it a little snug , say if the snap wasn't secured?

Yes, they are a better fit for the knife than the 500 sheath in my opinion.

Yeah I got a giraffe bone of the web specials a couple years ago and it came with a 500 sheath cause the oe sheath is no longer available. The 500 "works" but thats about it-too loose IMHO.

Thanx guys. Nice pics as always Plumberdv!
I may wind up taking a 422 sheath and putting a few stitches in it to snug it a bit.
Found an OE sheath but they want way too much for it.
