Carrying a Mini Grip (2.91") in Romania and Egypt?

My sister is going on a 6 month mission trip to the countries of Romania and Egypt. She just got her first real knife: a pink mini-griptilian. She wanted me to check into the legality of carrying a knife in those countries, and I decided to try here first. Thanks.
