Carrying a Mora Craftline without switching to a narrower belt

Why yes, that IS the title of the thread and nature of my issue.

I sometimes like the slightly smaller profile offered by the Craftline vs. my usual Mora choice of Companion. However, while the Companion let's me clip it on the belt (great option), the Craftline requires threading through. Not usually on issue, the the sheath, while entirely serviceable, has a bit of a narrow, wonky sort of set up for belt carry. Just slightly too narrow to fully thread my belt through (can get it partly through). Those who own a Craftline (this is the Q511 model) know what I mean.

If necessary I will just switch to another belt, but has anyone else had this issue? Are there other sheath options compatible with this model? Other fixes? Just wanted to check, before I went to the expense or trouble of switching it up just for this knife.

Thanks guys.

A pretty easy method is to just thread some cord through the belt loop and then put your belt through the loop of the cord as a dangler of sorts.

If you want to go fancy, check out my thread about making a Swedish button sheath adapter: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1178710-Belt-Clip-for-Swedish-Button-Sheaths

It's not as fast as 42's, but works well and is fairly quick and simple.

Sorry for the upside down pic.
