Carrying a multitool with a pocket clip...

I recently picked up a Leatherman Charge with a clip, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it. I can hardly notice it in my pocket, even with lightweight khaki's on. I had figured it would be too heavy to clip carry, but I was definately wrong. Here's a pic!

I have that same clip set up with my 2004 LM Wave, and it doesn;t work for me. See, my Wave is well used and loose, which is actually the way I like it, but because the clip is on the side of the tool that openes, it is always opening in my pocket. Sheath is the way to go for me.

I was curious about how it would carry with a loose multi. With the Charge ALX, if I carry it in my left pocket (which is the pocket I do carry it in) the handle without the clip is against the side seam of my pants. The tool doesn't move in my pocket, so it should stay closed.
