Carrying Guardian 3 inside waistband?

aco. The g-clip is the key though. I've got like 7 or 8 of them. All attached to the fixed blades I edc.

Right on! I put G-clips on every kydex sheath I own, no matter how they come from the factory.

However, I typically set them up for outside the waistband and upside down carry, which gives me quicker access to the knife. Of course, the sheath has to be secure enough for this style of carry, which most seem to be these days.

I've thought about inside the waistband carry, but isn't this a little bit dangerous? I mean, there's nothing but clothing between you and the blade, and it seems if the draw was a little rushed or not quite right, you could possibly slice yourself, no?

How is that method for EDC? don't you find issue sitting in car or anywhere for that matter?

I believe Bradford makes a kydex sheath for the Guardian 3.

If you are going to in waistband carry please consider using a static cord. It is the most comfortable and lowest profile way to iwb carry. Plus you can easily move it wherever you want to make it more comfortable if you are sitting or something.

Here is a picture showing how it works and a link better explaining it.

In summer there is nothing but nothing in between the knife and my body

If set up correctly there is zero chance of cutting yourself when you draw. In an edc way I draw in a hammer grip using my thumb to extract from the kydex. If it were to come to it, after my pistol was no longer an option, I can draw left handed reverse grip edge out. Total fantasy that I would ever need to do so, but no sense in not being prepared. No worries about cutting myself though.

I highly recommend the Armatus Architect sheath with the IWB Overhook add-on.
