So I got a Knockout as an early Christmas present and I have been carrying it the last few days.
I like it a lot. It is by far the sharpest Kershaw/ZT I have owned so far.
I'm not the biggest fan of assisted knives and I wish there was a detent so I could remove it. It didn't bother me too much over the last few days but one thing did, the grip. I carry in my right rear pocket and I found it a little difficult to pull the knife out of my pocket.
I actually found it IMPOSSIBLE with slight damp hands.
So as I was putting the Knockout down on my nightstand I picked up my ZT0560 and opened it.
HOLY SMOKES. I guess after carrying it non stop for over 6 months, you forget how amazing of a knife it is. It felt smoother than I remembered and I almost slammed the blade closed because I was used to having to defeat the spring pressure.
I like my Knockout A LOT but I am still head over heels in love with my 0560.
I would love to see the knockout with whatever finish they put on the blur. That matte chalky texture would really make grabbing it a lot easier.
