Yes I carry appendix so blade on my left.You would put the blade on the left side if carrying your firearm correct?
As long as you are able to operate a grinder it's all good!Looks good. I missed out on the tall and skinny part. I went more the short, fat route. I make due by leaving layers of clothing to conceal whatever I may need to carry on any particular day.

I'm not what you would call tall and thin by a long way but I don't have any problem carrying my TGULB inside the waistband with a standard David Brown kydex sheath and Comp-tac clips. This setup is reversible, I find blade forward works well for me.Yes its possible if you are tall and thin enough. If you are wondering I use self adhesive tape on all my fixed blades.

Yes, for me the key is mounting the clips lower on the sheath. The handle sits high but it makes for a easy reverse grip (icepick) draw and re-sheath.Can you sit down like that?
