Carrying two SAK's?

I'm thinking compact and bushcrafter. One in the back pocket and one front.

I replaced my farmer which I only carried occasionally with a climber that I carry everyday in my back pocket. I wanted a fieldmaster or huntsman to get a saw but then thought about splitting the tools up to keep bulk down.

I considered a 58mm for the scissors and bottle opener but I like a 91mm much better

Anyone carry two? If so which two did you choose? I'm hoping this helps seal the deal but I'm not totally ruling out a 4+ layer SAK either

The best idea I've heard was tethering a Farmer and Classic. The Classic adds some people friendly features: Tweezer/toothpick, scissors, small blade, and nail file to the outdoorsy Farmer. Seems like a great, compact combo to me.

My normal SAK carry setup is a Minichamp clipped to a single AAA light, along with an Electrician, or a modded variation thereof such as with a pen blade from a Settler rather than the eblade. Both in alox of course.

I usually always have these along, even if I've a pocket clipped knife as well.

For me, these two SAK's provide great utility for about any common eventuality, and not that I'm too worried about the muggles here in Nebraska, they're both very people friendly. And the light is an added bonus that is barely noticeable in my pocket but does come in quite handy at times.

Previously, i carry victorinox classic (on keychain) and a vic. huntsman. Classic is more for personal use (i.e. i use the scissors to clip nail) and huntsman for all-around utility.

Currently, the classic moved to keychain in my back up pouch. I carry vic. compact (most daily tools i used) and vic. swiss champ (for all-around utility) and had serve me well 😊

Edit: just notice OP does not want 4+ SAK. So, just ignore the 2nd part 😅

Although I always pair a 58 mm SAK with whatever else I'm carrying, it's a Rambler instead of the Classic because of the small ph screwdriver/bottle opener. For a trivial increase in thickness and weight, the Rambler provides two more useful tools, plus the lanyard ring is on the proper end of the handle where it should be instead of on the blade pivot end where it handles more awkwardly and sometimes gets in the way.

Explorer Plus in LF or cargo pocket, then I have an Alox Cadet and Alox Mini-champ attached to each other via their key rings in my right pocket. Frequently add some flavor of Opinel too. And always a Mora or Cold Steel in my pack along with a Leatherman Wave. Then the knife roll.....yeesh.

Pioneer and a PS4, similar idea I suppose. If I was to swap the PS4 for a Victorinox I think it would be a Rambler.

I carry the ps4 at work. Love having the pliers! Truth be told if I could have only one keychain tool it would be the ps4.

I used to carry a Tinker and a Classic. When I got an Electrician, it took the place of the Tinker. And once I picked up a Minichamp, it often comes along, too, although I probably should make a decision: Classic or Minichamp?

(I think if I ever get a Farmer, it will probably replace the Electrician as part of my EDC.)

I've started keeping a compact in the bag-o-doom, and pocketing a climber or explorer. When I'm out in the woods, I've done climber+Rucksack, Climber+Farmer, or huntsman+fixed.

I like having a saw and scissors, but prefer two tools to one, eggs in baskets as it were. I keep one knife in my pocket, and one in whichever bag I'm using (Maxped remora for urban, and Ribz for playing outside) But since I haven't been carrying my huntsman as much, its found a role as a "spare" along with a LM wingman in my harness kit, as they are both pretty useful, and make good loaner or spare tools that can stay on the ground. Of course if I'm not careful, pretty soon I've got half the collection stashed across various bags, pouches, kits and pants.

I am a wheelchair user, and when i am in my wheelchair i use a fanny pack to carry all of my edc items because i can't reach my pockets when i'm it.

and i recently started carrying A classic and my Tinker Sak's.

I used to carry my tinker only, but since i started carrying both of them i have found this system really useful.
