So how do you guys carry your Vic Classic SD? :)

Putting it on a key ring might not be as ideal because of the placement of the ring relative to the blade, so I heard some people carry it by itself with some sort of lanyard. Others do carry theirs in their key rings but with a quick release clip. I'm thinking of carrying my new Ruby Vic Classic SD as some sort of necklace. :)

So how do you carry yours? :)

I carry mine in my jeans coin pocket.

My EDC is ever-evolving, but I always have a Vic Classic (or its fat sister the Manager) on my gadget ring.

Ah, the Vic classic. How many ways to I love thy, let me count the ways;

On a quick release hook,

In the black fake leather key fob holder from Victorinox,

Or, in the leather pouch I made to fit on a keyring.

For the past few years, I've used the leather pouch. It's the most convenient in that I can just pull it out, use, then slide it back in. The little black key fob sheath makes a good pattern if you use a razor blade and take it apart and lay it out on some real leather.

Vic classic; my favorite SAK.

Teeny-tiny SAKs go on my quick-release keyring (mini carabiner).

This is very similar to my keychain set-up, right down to the far-superior-to-the-Classic Rambler model. Works very very well.

It may sound like blasphemy on a knife forum, but I carry the classics on my keyrings mostly for the scisssors, which open from the opposite end.

I always have a knife in my pocket for cutting tasks that require a blade.

On a mini carabiner key ring, or aircraft-cable key ring (depending on the car I'm driving.)

Both make access to the blade fairly easy. However, I mostly use my Classic for the scissors, and as a backup. I always have a Spyderco in the same pocket for blade-cutting tasks.

Ah yes, the Rambler. I need the beer bottle opener :D, and the tiny magnetic Phillips screwdriver is nice too.

I used to have one of these on my key ring:

But it died so I cannibalized the clip off of it and now it's on my Classic. It's great for quickly taking the Classic off so I can use it without holding all my keys, also if someone asks for some scissors and I don't want to hand over my whole key ring.

I don't like having tools attached to my keys, the only things on my keychain are a little Fenix torch and two keys. I carry my Classic or similar tools loose in a small pocket (an alox Classic disappears into a shirt pocket).

I'm not one of the EDC fanatics so I carry my Rambler in my pocket like a pen knife. The idea of carrying a ton of stuff has no appeal to me.

Same here. Most days I carry a Rambler and tiny flashlight on the keychain, and a Case Peanut loose in pocket.
