So, those of us who are now proud owners of the HEST, how is everyone carrying theirs? Any customizations?

I either carry mine in the side pouch of my bag or scout style for right hand draw. Pics are welcome...

Large Tek-Lok, 9:00.

I played with it a while. Dropping it in a pocket or pack is easy. Tried neck carry and mercharness, both good. Tried the MOLLE locks vertical and horizontal. I just like the Tek-Lok, it's easy to put on and take off without removing my belt, holds securely, gives me just enough standoff to be able to resheath safely.

front pocket or paracorded to belt when working in the yard/landscaping. attached to a PSK that is attached to the household emergency kit (BOB) any other time.

I carry the H.E.S.T. skeletonized in my pocket, day bag, or occasionally on my belt around 10 o'clock position.

no hest today, so it will miss this 5 day rafting trip, oh well. I have my RC5 and Koyote coming, it would have been so nice to have that bottle opener.

 on the pics. As for the HEST. For some reason I think that the "pry-bar" would do some damage to me. I tend to get cuts, bumps, and bruises and have no idea how they happened. However it does look like a nice knife but I think it would do more harm than good to me.

I agree... I was talking to my girlfriend about this last night... I'm pretty sure I've seen every photo of the HEST taken by an owner and posted to the web. Google search doesn't break the surface, you gotta dig in the forums. We want to see more exposure!
