I was just wondering, having never handled a knife with this feature. I assume you should be able to "start" the blade out of the handle by pushing on the "flipper" with the index finger, and then flip the blade all the way out with wrist action. Is this accurate? I just ordered the Nealy Pesh-Kabz (I like the blade design, whether it's practical or not, something different for the collection and all.) and I was curious about the flipper thing.

The combination of the flipper and a wrist flip will open the blade all the way. The flipper is getting the blade past the detent and in motion so your wrist action will open it the rest of the way.

Thanks guys. Pointy, I'll have to check out the movie when I get home. I'm at work now, and they don't have media player here, but I do at home.

I just watched it again, it's a little darker than it should be but I think you can still get the jist of how it works.
