Hi All,
I've really been getting into kitchen knives lately. I easily use them more than any other knives I own so saw it only fitting to start buying and making videos about them. This is more of a tribute than a review as I don't really have much bad to say about the knives. Both are great to use and ridiculously sharp. I was unsure about the Japanese steels claims to sharpness and edge retention, but these have removed any reservations
