The handle is woven with 72 colt tientos of aprox. 0.7 - 0.8 mm thick.
The sheath is sewed with tientos (strands of raw colt leather), central and edges seams and the button is woven with tientos. The sheath is made with raw cow leather knife shaved.

The blade is not done by my.
Length: 150mm
Overall Length: 270mm
Blade Steel: Inox 440

Wow, that must've taken a while! I've never really seen anything that intricate before. I'd really be interested to see something like this woven with a few dyed strands to add contrast. Great work!

Horacio custom made the sheath and did the rawhide work on the knife in the link below which shows its creation from start to finish. Trust me, there is no real need for contrasting colors as the various direction changes of the weave patterns is contrast enough. I was quite honored to get a piece of his work.

WOW that is a great looking sheath and handle and the tutorial was very interesting i always wondered exactly how the seam was sown on those types of sheaths.
