Carving a turkey with a TGLB?

I've got some decent cutlery in the kitchen (Henckels), but it's not the sharpest and I'm thinking the TGLB might do a better job of carving. Any truth to this or just stick with the Henckels?

Thanks

I like to use my users. My SARSquatch made short work of a watermelon this past summer. Go ahead, but clean that blade off well with mineral oil afterwards. Safe for food prep...;-)
