For Fun I decided to put up a couple Carving knives I had made last year.
Specs,
Forged to shape,
Distal taper and full tang construction.
1084 and 5160 Blade steel.
10.5 to 11.5" Blade length
15.75" to 17" over all lengths
African blackwood and Cocobolo handles
Dove tailed 416 Stainless bolsters.

Beautiful knives Dave.
I like the blackwood one the best.
Looks clean, conservative and formal to me.
