CAS Iberia hawks any good ????

I want to pick up some inexpensive throwing hawks for practice and was wondering if anybody has one of These I get tired of having to re fix my cold steel hawks handle every time I toss it and when I buy one it takes a grinder to get a decent edge on it. So good for the money or junk.......
