CAS Iberia Knife - 'Starship'

Does anyone know where i can order one of these online ? I've searched a few stores and so far no luck.

Also, does anyone here own this particular knife ? If so how does the locking mechanism/action work ? I saw the pic in the November Blade and was wondering how it worked and locked.
