CAS War Sword?

I was just wondering if anyone has or handled a CAS Iberia War Sword and can give an opinion on it. All the info I can find is about their japanese style swords. Also would anyone know any good books on the use of this sword. I would like to try my hand at the medieval style of swordsmanship. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Until someone more qualified can answer this question...

I've never handled one personally but I know people who have had CAS Iberia swords and they were fairly satisfied with the ability of the "user-swords" for normal reasonable use. I heard they were almost comparable to Del Tin overall, so that would dictate that if you get a good deal on one, it probably will be worth the price.

As far as learning how to use a sword, I suggest you check out the HACA site ( http://www.thehaca.com ) and browse around. I do hope that helps you a little bit.

Thanks Robert. The link you gave me has been very helpful. Its pretty much exactly what I was looking for. BTW In my humble opinion you are more than qualified to give your opinion on their swords. Once again thankyou.
