Case 131 Canoe.

Does anyone who has the standard 3.625 inch closed Case Canoe carry it long term?

My 62131CV, with Amber Jigged Bone covers. It as been in my RF pocket since 07-21-23. I don't see it coming out (other than for cutting something) for a while.
(Truth to tell, this is one of those that I plan on taking with me when I get planted.)

I'm courious what other cover materials were used over the years, too.

Unfortunately, I can’t help you from personal experience on the long term carry part, yet. However, I recently picked up a 65-69 52131 Canoe that someone clearly carried regularly. It is well used, sharpened and worn. I passed over it to start with, but after handling it, the snap of the blades sold me on it. It has a great action. The stag looks pretty good too.
