I got a Case yesterday I'm having trouble finding info on, and was hoping you all would be able to help me.

It's a 1982 4 1/8" single blade trapper with green, smooth bone scales. The pattern stamp is G6154. I've been able to find a couple with jigged scales, but not smooth.

I'm thinking is an SFO knife, but am wondering if anyone knows for who, or how many were made?

Thanks everyone, and I'll try to get a couple pics up after work!

Thanks afishunter, that gives me a starting point and I appreciate the response.

I like the knife a lot, hopefully someone will know something more.

I can't figure out how to add pictures to my media so I can post them....feel like I'm missing something.

Interesting, I have had several 1982 6154's with jigged green bone and red bone handles, but never smooth bone.

Is there any way I could email a couple pics to you, or anyone, to post on this thread for me?

I think I figured out a photo bucket account, hopefully this works.

G guy0783 , Photobucket isn't going to work unless you pay to use the service.
I use imgur, as do many others. Here's a real quick instruction:

Go to http://www.imgur.com, open an account (it's free) and upload your image. Click on the thumbnail of your image, you'll get a window displaying that image. There will be a number of selections listed in that window, select the BBCode option.
Copy & Paste to your thread.
