Yes, for an older used knife. Why, what about it makes you ask the question?

It's kind of silly I guess. I love the shape of these knives, the curved line along the back of the handle that continues along the spine if the large blade is open. This particular one, it seems like the blade opens past where it should. The spring on that blade is a bit shorter than the other.
It works fine. But it's been bugging me. I figured I'd ask, to see if it's just me, or if it's noticeable to anyone else.

Looks "normal" to me. The spine follows the curves of the handle, at least to my ancient eyes.

Most of my older Case 6318 knives do have a negative blade angle, some very pronounced.

Looks about the same as these two 6318s of mine (next to bottom in second pic).

The blade in the O.P. (Original post) does indeed swing slightly past the usual stop, IMO.
Functional, but looks a little awkward.
It is certainly not the only knife in the world that looks that way. I have a few older knives that do the same thing.

Right, that's what I'm taking about. Now some those are quite a bit more pronounced than I was thinking, but that is more like the paradigm. at least it seems so to me.

Definitely Not.
Its a grotesque freak.
Transport it to New South Wales for the term of its natural life[emoji106]:D
Was there a particular "old knives home" in New south Wales to which I should send it?
