Case uses their own brand of stainless they call Tru-Sharp, which is actually Latrobe 420HC stainless steel. It is similar to the stainless steel used in modern Victorinox knives.
I'd recommend getting a trapper in CV instead of Tru-Sharp, unless corrosion resistance is very important to you. Edge holding is much better (even if the blades are a tad on the soft side).
