Case 6380 6 DOT with 4 pins Shield Side

Going through a bunch of knives and noticed this one has 4 pins shield side factory blemish or mistake that passed through the factory any insight would help or is this something that happens from time to time with a machine production line, curious with what everyone thinks, Only one pin visible on inside of liner, Thanks For Looking

I am certainly not an expert but I have never seen anything like that before.

I know me neither was one of my cousin's knives did not know how common or uncommon this is, another one I will be scratching my head about, hopefully someone will have a clue Thanks for Looking
