Hi All,
I need to make room for some new knives, so I'm putting these nice ones up for sale. I'm going to price these in hope that they will sell quickly.
First up is an 8 dot 1972 Case XX 6292 Texas Jack knife.( Far left knife in photo) This carbon steel knife has beautiful reddish chip and crack free bone. The blades have nice snap but have some minor spider web marks. There is some slight side to side play in blades as well. This one has nickel silver pins and liners. No box
Price: Sold
Next is a 10 dot 1970 Case XX 6292 Texas Jack knife. (Middle knife in photo) This carbon steel knife has beautiful reddish chip and crack free bone. The bone scale is lifting up a bit from the liner as shown in the photo, but this would be an easy fix if sent back to Case. The blades have nice snap, but some light pitting (no rust on blades as it appears in photo.) There is some slight side to side play in blades as well. This one has brass pins and liners. No box.
Price: Sold
Next is a Case XX Swell End Jack pattern 31SAB. This is a 9 dot knife dating it back to 1971. The genuine Black Composite handle gave the knife its nickname "Slick Black Jack". The handle of this stout folder is free of any chips cracks or breaks. A few slight pepper specks on the blades don't detract from their mirror finish. Primary blade is a sabre clip, secondary is a pen blade. Nickel silver shield & bolsters, brass pins and liners. This knife has some light marks on the blade and handle, but is in outstanding condition. There is some slight side to side movement in the main blade. In Very Good condition. 3 5/8” closed, no box.
Price: $49>$44
Next up is a Case XX 6 dot 1974 Sunfish or Elephant Toenail in Pakkawood. 4 3/8" closed. This knife is unused or sharpened, but has some rub marks on the blade. Blades have good snap but the smaller blade has slight blade play. This knife has Carbon Steel blades. No box with this one.
Price: Sold
Next is a preban elephant ivory Simmons Hardware Co. Hornet Stockman knife. The knife has Hornet etched on the carbon steel main blade and an etching of a hornet on the tang.(see photo) Beautiful ivory really makes this knife a looker. Great snap and slight blade play (very slight) to the blades when open. Knife is 4 inches closed and comes with brass liners and nickel silver shield and pins. No box with this one. Where can you pick up an authentic elephant ivory knife at this price?
Price: $69
If you buy two or more knives, I will throw in a new Case Collectors Club patch for free.
Thanks for having a look at my knives.
