Case Baby Docs

Well I finally broke down and picked up a couple (antique bone and bone stag) of these new patterns.
(It is a doctor pattern so I had to do it. )

Fit, finish was excellent, blade well sharpened out of the box. Spatula and blade well centered.

I was and still am impressed with these little guys. Not bad at all for a 30-35 dollar knife.

I searched to see if there was already a thread for Case Baby Docs, and Gus's was the only so-named thread I found. So nearly twelve years, later, Gus, I have to say I agree with you.

However, I paid about double your price since I bought a discontinued model. Got an new-old-stock knife from soonerstate after looking at a bunch of Baby Docs. Settled on this one because I like the bolster engravings and the antique bone on it. I bought it for a pipe knife since the spatula should make a good scraper and the flat-end bolster should make a good tamper. Have a look...

Great to revive this thread :thumbup: My only Baby Doc so far is a Remington, but Someday I'll have a Case though the releases are rare these days.

I have just been sent a Baby Doc.
This knife has the Case "Case Red Oval" nickel silver shield. The handles on this knife are genuine New Black Bone. This knife is 2 7/8" closed and the tang stamp on the master Clip blade reads Case XX with 3 X's dating this as a 2007 issue Case knife. The rear is tang stamped USA 6282SP SS. Including the box. It's a very nice piece. I have to sell it on behalf of an avid collectors widow. Can anyone help please? Thank you from the UK

You can always look on places like ebay to get a rough estimate.
