Case backpockets in cv?

Does anyone know which case backpockets were offered in cv around 10 years ago and was there more than one blade shape? I’m not finding much ref material about them and the only examples I’ve seen were in yellow with a clip point blade. Lots of stuff in the secondary market but it’s all been stainless.

I've got a Chestnut Bone clip point from around then. As far as I know, that was the only bone CV run they did, but I'm no Case historian.

Thanks, the yellow delrin covers and clip point is the only one I’ve seen in cv, keep hoping I’ll find one with a skinner blade but it might not exist.
