For a knife like that with blade damage from sharpening, which is not a warranty problem, Case will replace the blades but it will cost quite a bit - not sure how much but I want to say at least $15 per blade including labor.
It appears to be a 2010 or later tang stamp, so the blades today will definitely work in that frame.
Someone else may have experience with sending a knife in to Case for a non-warranty blade replacement and may be better informed of the cost.
But it is not cheap. Realistically a new 63032 or a better used example would be less expensive.
I'm pretty sure the handles on that one are amber bone.
